I do LOVE the Tornado!

It has been very handy when I've had 3 old junky computers and I am trying to consolidate. BUT, with out "That monitor" I could not get "That computer" to pop up on "This computer’s monitor." "This Computer’s monitor" would only display "This computer." When I hooked up another "That monitor" and "That mouse" to "That computer" it worked. Probably because I had to get past the user screen (the screen that starts out and you have to click on the user box). So, I needed a mouse to click and the monitor to see what was happening. It probably would've continued working even if I would've unplugged "That Monitor" after I got the ball rolling.

Thanks for following up beyond my initial success. I have used this gadget a lot and have told several of my guy-geek-friends. It is fun to know something before they do - I usually don't get that advantage.

I learned about the TORNADO in Dave Graveline’s “into tomorrow”. It is a super product. So oftentimes we buy based on advertised promises only to be disappointed by real world performance. The TORNADO is the exception. It over delivers on the promise. Now the only thing that surprises me about the TORNADO s the number of IT pros that are not aware of it and continue to migrating files using USD thumb drives and workarounds. What a waste of time.
