He is an experienced leader in all layers of operations with emphasis on sales. As the founder and Managing Director of Telecom Research Partners (formerly Business Research Partners), Mr. Andrus has consulted for and directed as an executive numerous start-up and early stage companies through their technology validation and market introduction stages. He is uniquely positioned as having intimacy with the product innovation and the ability to execute on the company's business plan. Mr. Andrus is also the inventor of the intelligent computer cable.

Mr. Oldham has extensive experience in M&A and financial consulting to early stage and middle market companies. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He also has deep experience in all aspects of operations both as a principal and a CFO. Brad's professional career has included most recently the position of CFO at Reliant Holdings and past positions as Partner with Hunt Capital Group and Senior Business Valuator for Ernst & Young.

Paul "DJ" Reber, Chief Technology Officer - Mr. Reber is an electronics and electrical engineer with over 22 years experience in product marketing, product prototyping, project management, field application engineering, electronic circuit design, manufacturing engineering, systems prototyping, development and deployment. DJ has consulted for, designed and engineered products for the largest contractors in the military, aerospace, petroleum, consumer electronic and telecommunications industries.
